1. Nature of Service

Quick247LockSmith (“Platform,” “we,” “us”) is a technology platform that connects customers with independent third-party locksmith service providers (“Service Providers”). We do not directly perform locksmith services. All services are carried out by independent Service Providers.

2. Service Requests

By submitting a request, you agree that:

• You are requesting connection with an available Service Provider
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• Service availability depends on provider availability

3. Pricing and Estimates

All prices shown before service are estimates only. Estimates are based on the details you provide and may change after an on-site inspection.

• The Service Provider will assess the situation upon arrival
• You will be informed of the final price before work begins
• You have the right to accept or decline the final price
• No work will begin without your approval

Additional charges may apply for:

• Complex or high-security locks
• After-hours or emergency services
• Additional labor, parts, or unforeseen complications

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through the Platform
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• The final amount charged will reflect the agreed-upon price confirmed on-site
• A temporary authorization hold may be placed based on the estimate

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel before the Service Provider is dispatched at no charge
• Cancellation fees may apply if the provider is en route or on-site
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the Platform

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide valid proof of ownership or authorization
• Ensure a safe and lawful environment
• Not request illegal or unauthorized access

7. Service Provider Responsibility

Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees of the Platform. They are solely responsible for:

• Quality and completion of services
• Tools, methods, and materials used
• Compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements

8. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for:

• Damages resulting from services performed
• Errors, delays, or cancellations
• Differences between estimated and final pricing

Any service-related claims should first be directed to the Service Provider. The Platform may assist in dispute resolution at its discretion.

9. Emergency Situations

If there is immediate danger (such as a child or pet locked in a vehicle), contact local emergency services immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
